If I make an order online how long will my delivery take?
It is just stock availability that states that, not where we ship.
If we are currently out of stock of one or more of the products you have requested, then there will be an additional delay from 3 up to 7 days.
If stock replacement may take more that 7days you'll be contacted immediately by our customer services department by email.

Back orders
If items are not in stock, we will back order you.
You will be emailed and we'll give you the option to cancel your order. Order cancellation must be sent us within 3 days. After that we will order your records. Stock replacement time varies according to supplier.

Can I find product availability on the site ?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add such information to the site.
However, when ordering, you receive confirmation of product availability by email.

How can i find the record I'm looking for?
If you know what you're looking for, you can use our search feature to search by artist, song title, label, genre and country of origin available from home page.
If you're not looking for a specific track, American Disco offers differents alternatives. From the home page you can immediatly view (and listen) the latest 5 House and Dance "Hot" addition or you can enter the New 12" menu to browse the complete archive.

How do I listen to the audio clips ?
In order to listen audio clips, you must download the free version of RealAudio Player. The RealAudio player is available at no charge on the RealAudio Download Page 
If you already have that plug-in installed just click song title (red marked)
For a better sound quality, 56K or greater connection is recommended.

When will I receive my order?
American Disco ships all items within 1÷3 days of order reception. Delivery time varies according to shipping method(s), and product availability.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted ?
Yes, but you must follow some specific rules.  Send us an email within 24 hours including your name, email address, and the product you want to cancel.We cannot cancel an order that has entered the shipping process or it has been placed in order to our suppliers.

How often is the site updated?
We made the choice to update the site each time we consider it necessary, this means that we update the site even to add a single title, sometimes the title it's initially added without related audio clip due to time restrictions. Our mission is to always be ready to give you latest tracks. You can immediatly see last site update looking at bottom of the home page.

What about payments? How can I pay you?
We offer a secure online payment.

How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping rates vary according to the total weight of the records you buy, versus the proximity of your geographic location and the method of shipping you have chosen. In the Shipping section you can read all the prices. In every case up to 14 items shipping costs quite cheap. When you place an order you can calculate exact shipping cost with our special order form.

Are all titles available?
No, but we can normally have them just in a few days (it depends on our supplier availability). It is a good rule to check record scheduling date, the older the less the availability.
However audio clips remains on the server we leave them for your convenience.

Can I only order records that appear on home page?
Absolutely No. You can buy any record that appears on our site (if available).

What's inside Old 12" section?
You can find many records starting from 1976, we sell them with a special price. Database is updated monthly so normally all listed records are available.

What is the Coming Soon  section?
This section lists tracks that are not in our store yet, but available for preorder (if available,release date is listed on track info).

What is listed inside Special price 12" section?
This section list tracks that we offer with a special rebated price. Please note that for this tracks we have very limited quantities.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! absolutely.

Where are you based?
Despite the fact that this site is in English and our name is "American Disco" where're based in Italy (to be more precise in near Bergamo, North of Italy) see our contact page for full address and phone numbers.

What about italian dance releases?
Being an Italian site we can give you the latest Italian dance releases in advance to others international sites at very interesting prices.

Just ask! we can do a search for you and let you know if the record is available. If the track is an italian press you have more opportunities to find it here than any other international site. We also do special researches for "Hard to find CDs" so don't hesitate, just do your request!
